To detect processes, that hold locks for a file or folder, you need to enter a path to locked resource and make a check for locks. If resource is locked, you will get information about locking processes.

To unlock resource you can terminate process that holds a lock directly from the application. If resource is locked by multiple processes you can select them from a list and terminate one-by-one.
