Remote Viewer Screen |

The main application screen displays a list of PCs together with a set of available actions at the left side and the correspondent view for selected action at the right side. |

When Viewer is started for selected PC, the connection to this PC is established and you can see remote screen on your desktop as well as use a mouse and keyboard to manage it. |

Full-Screen Viewer Mode |

Remote Desktop Viewer can be switched to the full-screen mode to occupy all available desktop space and emulate local PC usage. Switching back is possible using floating toolbar at the top. |

Options tab contains various settings to control collecting of inventory information on remote PCs. Here you can configure what particular data should be extracted. |

Chat With Remote Users |

|
From the Chat view you can send instant messages to remote users and get their replies. You can chat simultaneously with multiple remote users by switching tabs at the top. |

Performance Monitoring of Remote PCs |

Using Performance Monitor view you can see a list of applications and processes launched on remote PCs, their processor, memory workload and other performance characteristics. |

File Transfer Schedule |

Various file actions, such as copying and deletion can be scheduled for execution on remote PCs. These actions are configured on the Scheduled File Action view. |

Basic Inventory Information |

Collected hardware and software inventory information is displayed for each PC. It includes information about OS, processor, memory, installed application and other assets. |

Detailed Inventory Information |

For every hardware and software asset on remote PCs you can get detailed information, including specification, manufacturer and specific settings. |

Inventory Report |

Printable Inventory Report can be generated for each PC and includes all available information for selected hardware and software assets. Report can be saved in different formats, including PDF. |
