Application Capabilities Wizard
Main application features are represented on the Program Wizard. These features include creation and editing of installation package and also their installation and uninstallation on remote PCs.
Installation Package Generation
Installation changes can be tracked for installation packages generation. Application allows taking before and after snapshots and using them for detect changes and generate installation.
Installation Packages Database
A list of manually or automatically created packages is displayed on the Available Snapshot Packages tab. There you can create, modify, delete packages or generate self-extracting installations.
File System Changes Editor
For each package you can check and modify a set of file system changes using a special editor. Every entry corresponds to the resource that will be added or deleted in scope of installation.
Registry Changes Editor
A set of registry changes can be reviewed and modified using simple editor with a visual interface. You can add and edit registry entries manually or import them from a registry file (.reg).
Machine Queue Configuration
The first step for remote installation is defining set of PCs where package will be installed. You can do it by selecting required PCs in the Machine Tree and dragging them to the Machine Queue.
Remote Installation
When target PCs for package deployment are configured in the Machine Queue, you can proceed to installation by selecting required package from the list and clicking on Install Package button.
Application Settings
You can customize application behavior by configuring various options on the Settings dialog. In particular, you can define rules for network scan, remote deployment, snapshot capturing, etc.
